Challenging the assumptions and assuming the challenges of interracial love in the 21st century.
19th Annual Cherry Creek Diversity Conference - February 4, 2012
I've never been to the state of Colorado. And when I think of "Colorado" what comes to mind is thin air, mountains, skiing, and wondering whether it's colder than Boston. But I'm always up for having my assumptions challenged.
So I'm even more excited to have the opportunity to present a workshop on interracial relationships at the 19th Annual Cherry Creek Diversity Conference, the largest diversity conference in the state of Colorado. The conference takes place on February 4, 2012. For more information or to register, check out http://www.cherrycreekdiversity.org/

Oh that's a great opportunity, and we'll love to have you visit the great city of Denver! That sounds like a very interesting conference, and I'm actually wondering if my organization could take part as well...
ReplyDeleteBy the way, the weather in Denver could be beautiful and warm, but also freezing cold!...regardless of the temperature, it will most likely be sunny!
It was great meeting you at the event tonight. I look forward to reading your blog.

ReplyDeleteThanks. I'm really looking forward to it!
You should definitely reach out to Janet and the folks at Cherry Creek if your organization might be interested in participating.
